Veggie lover Biryani 

4 containers Basmati Rice 

3 tablespoons Ginger and garlic glue 

5 green chilies (or less, contingent upon taste) 

1 onion finely hacked 

2 tomato finely hacked 

2 teaspoons ea. cinnamon, cloves, cardamom 

Cashew nuts 

4 tablespoons oil or Ghee 

2 containers carrot, peas, and finely cut beans 

2 teaspoons Garam Masala powder 

3 teaspoons stew powder (or less, contingent upon taste) 

Mint leaves and coriander leaves (modest bunch) 

Juice of ½ lemon
